POPIA Policy

SLEEPCHECK is committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013. This policy outlines how we process personal information in accordance with POPIA's eight conditions for lawful processing.

We are responsible for all personal information under our control. We have appointed a designated Information Officer to ensure compliance with POPIA and to handle any queries or complaints related to personal information processing.
