The device also includes automatic leak compensation and automatic altitude adjustment, so therapy stays consistent even if a mask fit shifts slightly overnight or if a patient is travelling to a different elevation. An auto on and off function starts and stops therapy in step with a patient's breathing, removing the need to manually switch the machine on each night.
